Expectations & Requirements for Volunteers and Interns:
To help us provide strong, meaningful references and recommendations, volunteers and interns are expected to meet all the following:
References and recommendation letters are not automatic; they are offered where there is a clear record of commitment, impact, and alignment with our values, and remain at the discretion of our Director.

Complete at least one major project, with clear evidence of meaningful contribution and satisfactory performance, confirmed by your line manager
Contribute a minimum of 4 hours a week for at least 2 months during your engagement with us
Attend key meetings and participate actively in line with the expectations of your role.
List our organization on your CV or LinkedIn profile only after a minimum of 2 months of continuous engagement (at least 4 hours per week) and with written approval from us; where these conditions are not met, we will not be able to verify the experience if contacted by a third party.
